Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice BR Gavai were hearing a matrimonial issue through a transfer petition. The court observed that love marriage are leading into divorces. Honourable court suggested the parties to go for mediation. However, the husband opposed the suggestion. Court stated that they can grant the decree of divorce even with the consent of the husband.
