Belthangady: POCSO case filed against BJP leader Rajesh for alleged molestation of minor girl

Belthangady: A case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been filed against BJP leader Rajesh for allegedly attempting to molest a minor girl during an altercation within the Dharmasthala police station limits.

Rajesh, the ST Morcha President of Beltangady BJP, faces charges of molestation, verbal abuse, and violation of POCSO regulations.

On June 5, the Dharmasthala police registered the case against Rajesh M.K.
